History: Farm purchased in 1969 by Elwin Rackow. They believe the barn was built in 1907.  Home of Rackow Family Sausage. They specialize in flavored brats, including pineapple, swiss cheese/peanutbutter, dill, tomato/basil. The barn has been renovated for use for reunions and other events.
