SUMMARY:Monroe City Band Holiday Concert
DESCRIPTION:Please join the Monroe City Band as we celebrate the Holiday Season with music! Today’s show is themed Glorious Streams and Radiant Beams.  The annual Christmas Concert will be presented on Sunday\, December 1st at 3:00 pm in the beautiful sanctuary of the Monroe United Methodist Church\, 2227 4th St. The public is welcome\, and there is no admission charge. Still\, donations of non-perishable food items will be graciously accepted at the door for the Green County Food Pantry. \nUnder the masterful direction of Brian Bruggeman\, we’ll be presenting a beautiful variety of Christmas music. The Monroe City Band is celebrating its 77th year. \nThe current version of the Monroe City Band was organized in 1949 by the late Allan F. Barnard with the mission to provide music to the Green County area. \n
