Rainbow Confections opened in the summer of 2012 in the historic Ruf’s Confectionery building in downtown Monroe. With antique tin ceilings and an original 1908 marble bar, a visit to our store is like a trip back in time. We offer old-fashioned malts, rich fudge, nostalgic candies, and we make a wide variety of gourmet popcorn and many flavors of cotton candy. We are open 7 days a week, year round.
