Liberty Pole Hill Park is a three-acre green, sweet spot atop of a quarried hill west of Brooklyn. This location was a gathering place for soldiers being recruited for the Civil War. Today is a great location for small outdoor meetings or family gatherings. There is a pavilion, picnic tables, barbeque grill and play equipment for children. The park is a public facility and can be used by anyone, and electrical access is available for a nominal fee.
