DESCRIPTION:Exhibit by David O. Williams.  David has been painting all of his life but has specialized in watercolors and water media since 2010.He says “There is a freedom in watercolor which adds to the naturalness and excitement in a painting”. His representational style emphasizes design and movement over strict realism. This event is co-sponsored by the Monroe Arts Center and the Association of Wisconsin Artists and is open to non-professional artists (must be at least 18 years of age) living in Wisconsin or neighboring states. \nArtists are encouraged to participate in the WRAP competitions and workshops held in various regions of Wisconsin throughout the year. \nThe State Award winners selected at the Monroe exhibit\, along with all other 2024-2025 WRAP competition winners held throughout the Wisconsin\, will be on display in September at a location yet to be determined.
