Raptor Experience with Hoo’s Woods

Spend an afternoon getting an up-close experience with a raptor! A raptor specialist from Hoo’s Woods Raptor Center will visit the library with LIVE raptors. (A raptor is a bird such as an owl, hawk, falcon, or eagle.) Come meet Wesley the Snowy Owl, Victor the Bald Eagle, and a couple of their friends. Learn all about these majestic birds and what Hoo’s Woods does to help them. Many thanks to The Friends of the New Glarus Public Library for sponsoring this exciting educational program!
**Please note Hoo’s Woods recommends this program for ages 6 and up. No pets, including service dogs, allowed. Also, please no flash photography or video allowed during the program.
