30th Anniversary Celebration!

The National Historic Cheesemaking Center is celebrating their 30th anniversary! Join the festivities on Saturday, September 20. See the milk truck arrive to deliver milk – this will happen around 10 AM. And then you’ll see cheese being made the old-fashioned way – in a big copper kettle at the Imobersteg Farmstead Cheese Factory. Take a turn stirring the kettle! There will also be food trucks and live music.
