Decatur Dairy

Curd is the word! Decatur Dairy’s award winning cheese is Wisconsin Cheese at its finest. Milk from area farms is transported to Decatur Dairy where it is transformed into award-winning cheese. Decatur Swiss Cheese Co-op was established in 1942. In 1973, Roy and Mike Stettler were hired as cheesemakers. In 1982, Steve Stettler was hired as cheesemaker and co-op manager, and Decatur Dairy, Inc. was formed in 2000.
