Monroe Arts Center and Green County Humane Society have partnered to bring Tony award-winning animal trainer, Bill Berloni, along with his four-legged friends for a one-time only special event scheduled for Saturday, January 12 from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Bill Berloni is an American animal behaviorist, humanitarian, and author, known for his training of rescue animals for stage, film, and television. Mr. Berloni will share stories of animals finding their way from shelters to the Broadway stage and the Hollywood screen. This event will take place at Monroe Arts Center, 1315 11th Street, Monroe, Wisconsin and all proceeds to benefit the Monroe Arts Center and the Green County Humane Society. Bill and his handlers have provided animals of all species and sizes, found in shelters, humane societies or rescue leagues, for Broadway, off-Broadway, national tours, regional theatres, special events, the New York City Ballet, motion pictures, television and commercials. When the animal's careers are over, they return to Bill's Connecticut farm. Copies of Berloni's book "Broadway Tails: Heartfelt Stories of Rescued Dogs Who Became Showbiz Superstars" will be available for purchase on January 12 following the event. General admission tickets are $15 for adults, and $10 for students 18 and under.
