Beer and Cheese...there's an art to it.

Smiles and say cheese (and beer).

Green County is home to a dozen creameries crafting more than 50 varieties of award-winning artisan cheese.  

But there's more - two breweries crafting favorites like Spotted Cow ("only in Wisconsin" from New Glarus Brewing Co.) and Huber Bock from Minhas Craft Brewery, nation's second oldest brewery right in downtown Monroe.

What's so special about that cheese and beer combination?  Both are made from a handful of ingredients that yield infinite possibilities.  Ingredients nurtured and aged to perfection.  And enough variety to create some seriously satisfying pairing options.

Our master cheesemakers and brewers are artists who pour their personal passion, attention to detail, and craftsmanship into every wedge, wheel and block of cheese; every bottle and keg of beer.  From their palate - to your palette, there's an art to enjoying the authentic tastes of Green County.
